Carleton Sheets informercials seem to have been around forever. His course, "No Down Payment" has existed in one form or another for 20 years. This is a promising sign, as I doubt that any bad program would last that long.
A couple years ago I seriously thought about getting into active real estate investing, and researched Carleton Sheets' program. Here is what I found out:
The Carleton Sheets Course comes with 3 manuals, 3 videos, and 12 CDs.
It is often said that real estate investing has made more people rich than any other industry. I am hoping to have more time in a few years to start buying properties. When I reach that stage, I am planning to purchase Carleton Sheets' program and check it out first hand. At that time I will post a full review of this course.
The last time I checked the "No Down Payment" Website, they were offering a 30-day-trial for $9.95. This sounds like a great way to try out Carleton Sheets' course with little risk, so if you've been thinking about getting this course, I would take advantage of this offer while it's still available.
